Powervibe Fitness Studio is a private, bespoke and friendly Power Plate and Personal Training studio. Situated in London W2, Westbourne Park Villas, right in the heart of vibrant, trendy Notting Hill. Powervibe delivers current, fun, safe and efficient training to achieve the results you want by some of London’s leading personal trainers.

Power Plate Classes

25 minute group sessions catering for up to 4 clients at a time. Delivered by REPs level 3 personal trainers classes can be tailored to all levels from beginners to advanced. Each class will incorporate all aspects of Power Plate training giving you a full body workout, including a warm up, stretch and massage. Our classes are designed to engage all muscle groups and are tailored to your individual needs.

A 25 minute Power Plate session can see the same results as a 60-90 minute exercise session in the gym!

One to One Power Plate

A private 30 minute Power Plate session, one to one with a personal trainer, where their attention is solely on you. Whether you are new to the Power Plate or simply need that extra motivation, guidance or have a special event or occasion coming up and want to focus on specific areas, these sessions will allow you to do just that and help you achieve your goals more quickly.

Personal Training

A 60 minute session with one of Powervibe’s elite personal trainers. These sessions will be tailor made to meet your specific lifestyle and fitness goals and will consist of a variety of exercises depending on what you want to achieve. Sessions are creative and involve a combination of Power Plate training, TRX suspension training plus other cardiovascular exercises such as boxing, spinning and running. These sessions will be motivating and will not just keep you physically challenged but mentally focused too.

Spinning Classes

30 or 60 minute group sessions catering for up to 4 clients at a time; delivered by experienced spinning instructors. During this session your instructor will simulate an enjoyable athletic and authentic bike ride with driving music. Together you travel on flat roads, climb hills, sprint and race bringing you out door cycling experience indoors.

A truly fantastic cardiovascular workout taking your results to a whole new level.

Circuit Training

A 60 minute workout focusing on conditioning exercises combining resistance training and high intensity aerobics.

Circuit classes involve performing a set number of exercises or activities with little rest between each set.
Circuit classes are structured to provide a whole body workout and are a great way to burn fat and improve mobility and strength.

Box Fit

Get fit and relieve stress all in one hit! All box fit sessions include a strength and cardio workout, boxing techniques, padwork, music and lots of fun!
